2. Are your products handmade?

Yes. Our Shoes are handcrafted by skilled artisans with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

3. Are your products made to order?

Yes. Most of our products are made to order, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality and offer customization options.

4. Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. We offer custom sizing for shoes and jackets. If you have specific measurements or special fitting requirements, simply contact us or leave your measurements in the personalization box when placing your order.

5. Can I personalize my order?

Yes. Depending on the product, we offer personalization such as:

  • Custom sizing
  • Width adjustments (Shoes)
  • Jacket measurements
  • Name or initials embossing
  • Special requests (where available)

6. How do I choose the correct size?

7. How long does production take?

Since our products are handcrafted, shoes production usually takes 5–7 and Jackets upto 10 business days before shipping.

8. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 8–12 business days, including production and shipping.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We proudly ship our handmade leather products worldwide.

10. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because most of our products are handmade and made to order, returns or exchanges for size or preference are generally not accepted. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

11. How should I care for my leather products?

  • Clean with a soft cloth.
  • Use a quality leather conditioner regularly.
  • Keep away from excessive moisture and direct heat.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Use shoe trees for shoes and padded hangers for jackets.

12. Are your leather products suitable for everyday use?

Yes. Our shoes, jackets, belts, wallets, and accessories are designed for everyday comfort, durability, and long-lasting performance.

13. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 1-2 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

14. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
