At Kaymark Medina, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is handcrafted and carefully inspected before it is shipped. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Handmade Products

All of our products are handmade and crafted specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, production begins, and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You receive the wrong item.
• The product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• You receive an item different from what you ordered.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will:

• Offer a replacement product, or
• Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.

Size & Color

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Minor color differences caused by screen or device settings.
• Personal preference or change of mind.
